Buyer's Responsibility You must be available to receive the gecko at time of shipment. Any package that is not personally received, opened immediately voids any guarantee of live shipment. You must open your package upon arrival and allow the gecko to come to temperature colder than room temperature, slowly, still in it's deli cup. Upon acclimation to room temperature the gecko can be placed in the enclosure/rack. Whenever introducing a new reptile (regardless of where it is from) it should be placed into quarantine for a minimum of 30 days and 90 days being the ideal. Responsible reptile keepers understand the need for the quarantine process and it can prevent any possible complications in an entire collection. Any problems with a gecko shipment must be reported immediately by either phone or email. This is extremely important. In the unlikely event that a gecko arrive dead, it is imperative that we be contacted immediately, photos of the gecko, deli cup and the box be taken and sent to us via email. |
